Eco touch Australia Returns policy

Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase in as new condition with original packaging.

See exceptions below. To return an item, call us on 0402 492 712 to receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Write this number on the outside of the package. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted. The cost of the returned items, less shipping charges will be promptly credited via the payment method used after the package has been received and inspected by our warehouse staff. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit after we have initiated the transaction.
